Abstract

Gezi ruhu, toplum içinde ortaya çıkan, temsil kabiliyeti yüksek yeni bir anlayışı ve gücü ifade etmektedir. Bu yeni anlayışın gelişip serpilmesine, toplumun güç ve potansiyelinin tanımlanmasına sosyolojinin de katkısı olması için konunun en geniş boyutlarıyla tartışılmasına ihtiyaç vardır. Öncelikle böyle bir çaba, Gezi ruhunun imkan ve sınırlılıklarıyla birlikte, kendi koşulları ve dinamizmi çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesini gerektirir. Gezi ruhununun temsil düzeyinde tanımlamasıyla, ondan sorunlarımızın çözümü yönünde faydalanmak ve müşterek bir modeli tüm dünya ezilenleriyle paylaşmak mümkün olacaktır.

Abstract

The spirit of Gezi expresses the new understanding and power that has revealed itself within a society with a high capability for representation. If sociology will contribute something to this new understanding for its progression and evolution, the subject has to be discussed thoroughly. First of all, such an effort needs that the spirit of Gezi, and also its possibilities and limitations have to be evaluated according to its own conditions and dynamics. As the spirit of Gezi is defined at the level of representation, it will be possible to use it to solve our problems and share a common model with the dispossesed of the world.
