Yeni kavramının kullanımın yaygınlık göstermesinin nedenlerinden biri büyük bir siyasal ve toplumsal değişimin gerçekleşiyor ya da planlanıyor olmasıdır. Kavram eskinin eleştirisi üzerine inşa edilmektedir. Günümüzde eskiye karşı eleştirel bir eğilim ve söylem başlamıştır. Bu eleştirel (çoklukla mahkum edici) tutum belli tarihsel figürlere, olaylara ve oluşumlara yoğunlaşmaktadır, ancak gerçekte eskiden de tam anlamıyla kopulmamaktadır. Sözcüğün düşünce ve siyasal tarihimizdeki izleri sürüldüğü zaman bazı siyasal ve toplumsal değişim dönemlerinde kullanımının arttığı görülmektedir. Yeni veya benzer anlama gelen sözcüğün kullanımı yoğunluklu olarak üç tarihsel dönemde artmıştır. Bu çalışmada bu dönemlerde kavramın tarihsel gelişimi aktarılmaya çalışılacaktır.
One of the reasons why the term ‘new’ is so widespread is that there is a big political and social change or a plan for it. Term is being constracted on the dispute of the old. Nowadays a disputable tendecy and discouse started against the old. This disputable attitude(usually convicting) focuses on some certain historical fıgures,events and creations, but in reality the connection with the old is still available. When the term’s signs in our thought and political history are followed, it is seen that it’s use increases in some political and social change periods.the term new or a an alike Word’s use increased especiallay in three historical period. In this study, we are going to try to express th terms’historical development.
