Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de sosyoloji ve Türk toplumu düşünce birikiminin bütünlüğünün sağlanması ihtiyacı üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu çalışma ile Türk sosyolojisinde gelişme ve devamlılığın nasıl sağlanacağı ortaya konulacaktır. Çalışmada çeşitli sebeplerden bahsedilmektedir. Ancak tüm bu nedenlerin dayandığı temel kriterin Türk sosyolojisinin gelişimi ve Türk toplumsal düşünce geleneğinde kendini yeniden üretmenin mümkün olduğuna olan inanç olduğu belirtilmelidir. Bu anlamda sosyolojimizin ağırlık kazanmasının yolu, kendi geçmişi ve eğilimleri üzerine yeni bir tartışma başlatmaktan geçmektedir.
This study will focus on sociology in Turkey and the need to ensure the integrity of Turkish community thought accumulation. With this study, how to ensure development and continuity in Turkish sociology will be revealed. Various reasons are mentioned in the study. However, it should be stated that the basic criterion on which all these reasons are based is the development of Turkish sociology and the belief in the possibility of reproducing itself in the tradition of Turkish social thought. In this sense, the way for our sociology to gain weight is through initiating a new discussion on its own past and tendencies.
