Türk insanının çeşitli ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyal meselelerin ortasında tüm isteklerini yerine getirecek bir yön aradığı bu günlerde, toplumun çeşitli kesimlerinde çalışmış olan bizler, ortak hedeflerimizi bu beyanname ile açıklamayı doğru bulduk. Böyle bir açıklamanın sorunumuzu çözmede faydalı olabilecek olumlu tartışmalara yol açacağını düşünüyoruz. Bugün içinde bulunduğumuz krizden kurtulmanın ilk şartının, Türk toplumunun çeşitli kesimlerinde hizmet vermiş olanlar ile milletin kaderine hükmedebilecek mevkilere gelmiş olanların, temel bir kalkınma felsefesi etrafında düşüncelerini açıkça ifade ederek birlik olmaları olduğunu görmekteyiz. Bu çalışma tüm bunlara hizmet edecektir.
In these days when the Turkish people are looking for a direction that will bring them all their aspirations in the midst of various economic, political and social issues, we, who have worked in various segments of society, found it right to explain our common goals with this declaration. We think that such a statement will lead to positive discussions that can be useful in resolving our issue. We see that the first condition of getting rid of the crisis we are in today is the unity of those who have served in various segments of Turkish society and those who have come to positions that can dominate the nation's destiny, by clearly expressing their thoughts, around a basic development philosophy. This work will serve all these.
