ÖZ: Toplumsal değişme, sosyolojinin ana konularından bir tanesidir. Toplumsal değişmeyi anlamak ve yorumlamak önemlidir. Günümüz dünyası durdurulamaz şekilde değişmektedir. Toplumların hareketi sürekli olarak gerçekleşmektedir. Dünya üzerindeki değişimler ile birlikte toplumların yaşayış şekli de değişmektedir. Yaşayış şekilleri insanların düşünme yapısını da etkilemektedir. Tüm bu sebeplerden dolayı toplumsal değişmenin açıklanması mühimdir. Toplumsal değişme açıklanabilmek için bilime ihtiyaç duyar. Bu yüzden de toplumsal değişmeyi bilimsel bakış açısından değerlendirmek gereklidir. Otoriter yeni dünya düzeni, toplumsal değişmeye farklı bir katman sağlamıştır. İzlemenin ve denetlemenin yeni bir boyut kazanması söz konusudur. Batı dünyası kendi adına toplumsal değişmeyi bitirdiğini varsaymaktadır. Sosyolojiyi değişimin önüne engel olarak sıklıkla kullanmıştır. Günümüzde de dünya siyaseti üzerine söyleyebilecek yeni sözleri yoktur. Bu yüzden de mevcut sistemlerini korumaya yönelik çalışmalarda bulunmaktadır. Bu bakımdan yeni otoriter dünya düzeni incelenmelidir. Yeni dünya düzeninin anlaşılması ve açıklanması gerekmektedir. Yeni düzenin anlaşılması ve açıklanması özellikle Doğu toplumları için önemlidir. Bu çalışmada otoriter yeni dünya düzeni ile sosyolojinin bilim kimliği toplumsal değişme üzerinden açıklanacaktır.
ABSTRACT: Social change is one of the main topics of sociology. It is important to understand and interpret social change. Today's world is changing inexorably. The movement of societies is constantly taking place. Along with the changes in the world, the way of life of societies is also changing. The way of life also affects the way of thinking of people. For all these reasons, it is important to explain social change. Social change needs science to be explained. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate social change from a scientific point of view. The authoritarian new world order has provided a different layer to social change. It is in question that monitoring and inspection gain a new dimension. The Western world assumes for itself that it has finished social change. He frequently used sociology as an obstacle to change. Today, he has no new words to say about world politics. Therefore, it works to protect its existing systems. In this respect, the new authoritarian world order should be examined. The new world order needs to be understood and explained. Understanding and explaining the new order is especially important for Eastern societies. In this study, the authoritarian new world order and the scientific identity of sociology will be explained through social change.
