Nowadays order is to absolutise yourself without connecting to any value and reality. Therefore it it is necessary to talk about not only poverty of morality but also morality of poverty which is suitable for the new period. That there is any kind of depreciation, deviation, undertainity and there is not any constant is the expression of this. So a mutual authority and morality based on solution can not be expressed. In the New World order/disorder or american centered relationships named as globalization (oppose to all conservative view), a morality defence related to uncertainity of solution and/or absolution of uncertainity. This is what we refer as ‘’poverty of morality- morality of poverty’’.

In this paper, firstly, the significance of morals in terms of sociology’s famous pair human-society, is emphasised. It is claimed that morals is the most basic characteristic of humans and thus, it is a dominant social phenomenon in terms of society. Secondly, morals, as the essence of human and foundation of society, is discussed in the light of the “East-West conflict theory”, scrutinizing the differences in the moral structures of Eastern societies (especially the Turkish society) and Western societies.

It is obvious that especially the Turkish sociologists of republic period had a manner and desire for making ethics gain a non-religious, secular base.Certainly, there are anomalous examples but it is a real thatthey are quite far from margin. It is impossible to say that moral sociology which is related to turkish sociology’s own view arose. Therefore according to periods different people’s defendings of different moral sentiments is not found odd. Main change is after 1980.

The theory and practice of the traditional Turkish music and its repertoire, styles of performance and composition and more importantly patterns of mentality and moral rules on which all these elements are based, have been transmitted through a special system called meşk. In this respect, in order to understand Ottoman musical tradition, we should understand meşk. And in order to understand whether this tradition survived or how much of them succeed to do so, we should follow the chains of meşk. Unlike the picture drawn by the modernization paradigm, tradition is a dynamical structure whose survival depends on the active choices of the informed agents. If the classical Turkish musical tradition succeed to survive, it means that there have been some agents who have preferred to transmit this tradition and defended their preferences in moral and intellectual terms against certain challenges and succeed to develop strategies to survive. With regard to this definition of tradition, Alaeddin Yavaşca, who is generally named as the last chain of meşk among the Turkish classical music circles, is a key figure. Thus we argue that analyzing Yavaşca can help us to determine the patterns of continuity and transformation in the classical Turkish music tradition.

While socio-economic abd political changes which have appeared in today’s world communities have reached to serious dimensions , government has got involved in a lock position in that process. Globalization as factual process makes a change in structure and functions of government but as claiming shape of people who has made it legend the effectiveness and importance of government has not disappeared in time, on the contrary it has reached a more significant point in both society and relations among societies and increased gradually.Governments’ attitude and approach related to especially values of nation has a great importance in terms of actualising the social development and integration in society .But generally , values relation of government in countries that have been developing and being modern like us have not been handled with a prudent approach because of ideological reflexes and deep-rooted prejudices. These current experienced developments have shown the importance of moral state.

Article of “2013 Taksim Gezi Parkı protestoları” in Turkish Vikipedi will be examined as a case study. Moreover, by analysing “discussion” and “article” pages, formation process of the article will be evaluated as an example of transition from communicative to cultural memory.

After 1980, Turkey became a scene of rise of first the National Vision parties then conservative Justice and Development Party (JDP) whose cadre is generated by politicians coming from that tradition. Starting from Prosperity Party the conservative trend had put forward the ethical emphasis in order to distinguish themselves from the other actors. Protection of sentimental values is among the primary allegation of the conservatives. In fact, no sign was appeared in the political manners of management of the conservatives indicating that Turkey reached to an advanced ethical standards and became more virtuous. It seems that political conservativeness was not sufficient to generate more ethical community or political functioning regime. The question; why the conservatives failed in their claims on rising political ethic standards, is being answered in this article.

Every new order suggestion and change also are the defence of a new moral. In XIXth century sociology appeared, a new date, a new morality(justice, equality, freedom, brotherhood etc) is expressed which are oppositeof traditional order and its values, related to social change comprehension. The difference between modern civilization values and identities of non-western societies and mutuality is identified in this level. Marx defends revolutionist-socialist social change comprehension related to enlightenment thought about exceeding the alienation, corruption. This is why western conservatism ia anti-socialist,anti-Marxist. Through expressing that in capitalist societies the people’s alienation from themselves and the World is at the last level, marxism is based the necessity of exceeding the relations of new order on socialism understanding. This is also base of comunist moral and new people understanding.

The aim of study is how the issue of sexuality was based in ancient Greek and Roman societies, how relation is between it and power in the historical process. Because of sexual desires was accepted as natural gift, they are not bad just in terms of being desire. That’s the why the excesses of the desires have negative impacts on the body and to cause individuals has not control on themselves, desires are limited. This delimitation itself was made not from body, from other principle, from a divine precept and the applicator of this was pastor (the practitioner of pastoral power). Body has regained importance in the modern period but it has instead of having an autonomy of its own it has been perceived as a power, a labor power. It is required that both the presence of this power (bio-power) which is essential for the survival of capitalism and it has been made obedient and productive (anatomo-politics of the body).
