Günümüzde yeni bir toplum modeline geçildiği ve bu geçişin bütün toplumlar için bir zorunluluk olduğundan söz edilmekte, yeni toplum biçiminin temel altyapısı yeni iletişim teknolojileriyle açıklanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bu konuyu ele alarak tartışacağız. Sorun, kaçınılmaz olduğu söylenen yeni toplum biçimine ve iletişim araçlarına övgüler düzemek yerine, bu durumun ortaya çıkardığı çelişki ve açmazların açıklanmasıdır.
It is mentioned that a new society model has taken place at the present time and this transition is an obligation for all societies and the substructure of the new form of society is described through new communication technologies. In this study we will handle this topic and discuss it. The issue is; instead of praising the new form of society and communication means that is said they are indispensable, we will state the conflicts and dilemmas that this condition emerged.
