ÖZ: Toplumsal değişme sosyoloji için temeldir. Toplumlar zaman içerisinde hareket etmektedirler. Bu değişimin incelenip açıklanması önemlidir. Toplumsal değişme tarihsel bütünlüğünü korumalıdır. Günümüzde toplumsal değişme denetimsiz biçimde gerçekleşmektedir. Batı dünyası elde etmiş olduğu üstünlüğü hayatın her alanına yaymıştır. Bu durum sosyal bilimleri de etkilemiştir. Günümüz Batı dünyası kendisini dünyanın lideri olarak konumlandırmıştır. Bu konumlandırma gücü ona tarihi de yönetebileceği düşüncesini vermiştir. Günümüz toplumsal değişimini tarihsel perspektiften kopararak gerçekleştirme isteği söz konusudur. Batı dünyası kendi tarihinin sorunları olduğunun farkındadır. Bunları görmezden gelmek için toplumların tarihleri ile olan bağlarını koparmaya gayret etmektedirler. Toplumların tarihsel geçmişlerinin öneminin olmadığını söylemektedirler. Ancak tarih toplumların kimliğini yaratan temel ögedir. Batı dünyası bu gerçeği reddederek kendi üstünlüğünün ebedi ve ezeli olduğu inancına varılmasını istemektedir. Üstünlüğünü koruyabilmek için buna ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda da toplumsal değişmede tarihi öznenin ortadan kalkması incelenecektir.
ABSTRACT: Social change is fundamental to sociology. Societies move through time. It is important to examine and explain this change. Social change must preserve its historical integrity. Today, social change takes place in an uncontrolled manner. The Western world has spread its superiority in all areas of life. This situation also affected the social sciences. Today's Western world has positioned itself as the leader of the world. This positioning power gave him the idea that he could also rule history. There is a desire to realize today's social change by separating it from the historical perspective. The Western world is aware that its history has problems. In order to ignore these, they try to break the ties of societies with their histories. They say that the historical backgrounds of societies do not matter. However, history is the basic element that creates the identity of societies. The Western world rejects this fact and wants it to be believed that its superiority is eternal and eternal. It needs this in order to maintain its superiority. Therefore, it has rendered social change uncontrolled. In this study, the disappearance of the historical subject in social change will be examined.
