Baykan Sezer düşüncesinin teorik ve pratik açısından birbirinden bağımsız düşünülmeyecek ortak özü ve devrimci öznesi tarihte Doğu-Batı çelişkisi içinde konumları ve rolüyle Doğu Toplumları ve Türkiye’dir. Doğu-Batı çatışması içindeki yerimizi ve rolümüzü kimliğimizi belirleyen de aynı olaydır. Doğu toplumları ve Türkiye dünyayı değiştirecek devrimci özne olarak Baykan Sezer sosyolojisinin temel taşıyıcılarıdır. Baykan Sezer düşüncesinin geçerlilik ve gücüne inanıyoruz. Ancak bunu kendiliğinden bir süreç olarak görmemek gerekir. Bu nedenle birlikte çalışma ilkelerinin ortaya konulması ve bu pratiğin gerekleri önemlidir. Türkiye’nin sorunlarının bireysel düzeyde çözümü mümkün değildir. Bu nedenle ortak çalışma ve birliktelik en önemli konudur. Baykan Sezer’in birlikte çalışma ilkeleri ve yeniden üretme çabası kendi özel çalışmalarıyla içiçedir. Türk sosyolojisinde “gençler” olarak adlandırılan öğrencileri bu çalışma içinde Türk sosyolojisinin içinde yer almışlar, bazıları kendi isteğiyle, bazıları da yorularak dışarda veya kenarda kalmışlardır. Bu çalışmada biz daha çok Baykan Sezer’in çalışma yöntemi ile gençler arasındaki ilişkinin bazı yönlerini ortaya çıkarmaya çalışacağız.
The common core and revolutionary subject of Baykan Sezer's thought, which cannot be considered independently of each other in terms of theory and practice, is Eastern Societies and Turkey, with their position and role in the East-West contradiction in history. It is the same event that determines our place and role in the East-West conflict, our identity. Eastern societies and Turkey are the main carriers of Baykan Sezer's sociology as a revolutionary subject that will change the world. We believe in the validity and power of Baykan Sezer's thought. However, it should not be seen as a spontaneous process. For this reason, it is important to reveal the principles of working together and the requirements of this practice. It is not possible to solve Turkey's problems at the individual level. For this reason, collaboration and collaboration are the most important issues. Baykan Sezer's principles of working together and his effort to reproduce are intertwined with his own special works. His students, who are called “young people” in Turkish sociology, took part in Turkish sociology in this study, some of them voluntarily, some of them were left outside or on the sidelines. In this study, we will try to reveal some aspects of the relationship between Baykan Sezer's working method and young people.
