Sosyoloji, bugün ile tarih arasındaki bağlantıyı doğru kurarak önem ve etkinlik kazanabilir. Bu anlamda kendisini şimdiki, günlük olaylar ve verili ilişkilerle sınırlamamalıdır. Toplumun kapsamını aşan toplumlararası ilişkilerde toplumsal kimliğin ortaya çıkması, siyasal/devlet düzeyinde yeni bir örgütlenmeye, yere ve role işaret etmektedir. Sosyoloji bilgimizi de bu doğrultuda yeniden değerlendirmemiz gerekiyor. Bu yüzden kurumlar ve toplum arasındaki ilişkiye, özneye bağlanıyoruz.
Sociology can gain importance and efficiency by establishing the connection between today and history correctly. In this sense, it must not limit itself to the present, daily events, and given relationships. The emergence of social identity in inter-communal relations that goes beyond the scope of society indicates a new organization, place and role at the political / state level. We also need to reassess our sociology knowledge in this direction. This is why we attach to the relationship between institutions and society, to the subject.
