Abstract

Bu makalede, Türkiye'nin en popüler film serilerinden biri olan "Recep İvedik" üzerinden mizah ve kahkaha analiz edilmeye çalışılırken, Bakhtin'in "karnaval teorisi" ile bu film serilerindeki izleme deneyimi arasındaki benzerlikler incelenecektir. Recep İvedik karakteri, insanların modern zamanlarda yaşadıkları zorluklara karşı ihtiyaç duydukları rahatlama duygusunu vizyondayken sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Recep İvedik film serilerinin neden karnaval havasına benzediğine dair sorduğumuz soruların cevaplarını bulacağız.

Abstract

In this article, while trying to analyze humor and laughter through one of Turkey's most popular film series "Recep Ivedik", the similarities between Bakhtin's "carnival theory" and the viewing experience in these film series will be examined. Recep Ivedik character presents the sense of relief people need against the difficulties they experience in modern times while on the vision. With this study, we will find the answers to the questions we asked about why Recep Ivedik movie series are similar to the carnival atmosphere.
