Koronavirüs salgını, ölümcül ve bulaşıcı bir hastalık olmasının yanı sıra ciddi bir toplumsal, ekonomik ve siyasi sorun haline gelmiştir. Türkiye’de, hükümetin 17 yıllık güvencesiz ve esnek çalışma politikaları işçi hareketinin uzun süredir devam eden zayıflığı sayesinde salgın döneminde de devam etmektedir. Bu makalede, Türkiye'de emek rejiminin neoliberal dönüşümü anlatılmaktadır ve salgın dönemi emek karşıtı politikaların bu dönüşümün bir devamı olduğu gösterilmektedir.
The coronavirus pandemic has become a serious social, economic and political problem as well as being an infectious and fatal disease. In Turkey, the government's 17-year precarious and flexible work policies also continue during the pandemic period, thanks to the long-standing weakness of the workers’ movement. This article discusses the neoliberal transformation of the labour regime in Turkey and demonstrates that anti-labour policies during the pandemic period are a continuation of this transformation.
