Günümüzde, Batı’nın egemenliği çerçevesinde krize ve felakete dayalı yeni düzen görüşlerinin savunuculuğunu verili düzen yapmaktadır. Bu noktada, distopik yeni dünya düzeni, bu koşulların oluşturduğu yeni bir biçim olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çünkü XIX. yüzyıl modern ütopyaları, uygulamada son aşamaya geldiği için distopik otoriter bir dünyaya dönüşmüştür. Bu dönüşümde verili koşullar, zaman ve mekânın dışına çıktığı için otoriter ve mutlak bir yapı içindedir. Bu yüzden, distopik yeni düzen ideolojisinin anti-toplumsal bir eğilimde olduğu ifade edilmelidir. Bu makalenin amacı ise söz konusu mevcut dünya düzeninin kendisini mutlaklaştırması ve buna bağlı olarak bir anlamda distopyaya dönüşmesini analiz etmektir.
Today, within the framework of the dominance of the West, the current order advocates the new order views based on crisis and disaster. At this point, the dystopian new world order emerges as a new form created by these conditions. Because XIX. century modern utopias have turned into a dystopian authoritarian world as they have reached the final stage in practice. This transformation is in an authoritarian and absolute structure as it goes beyond the given conditions of time and space. Therefore, it should be stated that the dystopian new order ideology has an anti-social tendency. The aim of this article is to analyze the current world order's absolutization and, accordingly, its transformation into a dystopia.
