Applied field research in Sociology refers to the process of classifying the collected data with statistical tests and ultimately interpreting them by collecting data directly from the social life, which is the subject of sociology, within a certain method. Why are explicit explanations about the methodological part, data collection techniques, and sample selection important in a field study? Is a field study incomplete if there is no explanation for the method? The answer given to these two questions is actually the purpose of this article.
