Bilgi toplumu veya iletişim çağında bilgi genel geçerliliğini ve kesinliğini yitirmiştir. Gerçeğin belirsizliği, geçmişin devalüasyonu, gelecek öngörülerinden ve tasarımlarından şüphe duyulması, tutarlı bir düzenden söz etmeye izin vermemekte, dolayısıyla düşünce ve eylem düzeyi sürekli kriz ve güç kullanımı geçerli hale gelmiştir. Tüm bunlardan yola çıkarak, bilginin giderek yüzeysel olarak anonimleştiğini, kitleselleştiğini ve kaynağına olan güvenin azaldığını söyleyebiliriz. Bunu en iyi yeni bilgi teknolojilerinde gözlemleyebiliriz. Çalışmadaki tartışmalar bu çerçevede yürütülecektir.
In the information society or communication age, information has lost its general-validity and precision. The uncertainty of the truth, the devaluation of the past, suspicion of future predictions and designs do not allow to speak of a coherent order, so the level of thought and action constant crisis and use of force have become valid. Based on all these, we can say that information is gradually becoming superficially anonymized, massive, and a decrease in the confidence in its source. We can best observe this in new information technologies. Discussions in the study will be conducted within this framework.
